We have made changes to our delivery process to enable us to keep serving you during this unprecedented time.
Delivery Service
We have now resumed our Delivery Service, which has returned with enhanced health and safety protocols. Our delivery experts will contact you ahead of your selected delivery date, at which time you will have the opportunity to request our traditional Delivery experience or contactless delivery, in which your order will be left at the front entrance of your home.
Rest assured knowing that our delivery team is practicing proper hygiene, social distancing, are healthy and symptom-free. Furthermore, manufacturing, warehousing, and delivery partners are committed to increased sanitization procedures, including frequent hand washing. For more information, please contact our store.
We offer free shipping on all orders, online and in store, over $500 before taxes within a 80 km radius of our store. Orders for less than that amount will have a small fee of $15 processed after checkout though our store.
Depending on what you purchased, we will deliver to you one of the following ways:
- Via our very own Delivery Service professionals on our own truck
- Via courier, usually in the case of smaller parcels and packages
Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for it to arrive. All small parcels are shipped via shipping courier. Large parcels we deliver to you ourselves in our own truck as part of our Delivery Service and require a signature upon delivery. We will call you in advance and give you a 2-hour delivery window so you don’t have to stay at home all day
What’s a Small Parcel? These include all pillows, duvets, mattress pads and protectors, sheets and any other small items we may choose to add to our product line.
What’s a Large Parcel? These include all mattresses, bed frames, headboards, footboards, beds, lifestyle adjustable beds and box springs. Free shipping is available on all large parcel orders over $500 before taxes within our 80 km radius.
Delivery Restrictions
There are no deliveries on weekends and all deliveries must be within a 80 km raidus.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes
